§ 36.04 EXPENDITURES; SIGNATURES ON CHECKS AND RATIFICATION.
   All checks for expenditures of City monies shall bear two signatures:
   (A)   A signature of the Court Administrator, City Clerk, or City Manager; and
   (B)   A signature of one City Council member as designated by Council action.
