§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who smokes in violation of § 35.02 shall be cited for a civil offense, punishable by a fine not to exceed $100 for the first offense, $200 for the second offense, and $300 for the third offense.
