§ 34.02 CITY MAGISTRATE AND ASSISTANT CITY MAGISTRATE.
   The presiding officer of the Magistrate’s Court shall be the City Magistrate and shall be appointed by Council. The Manager may appoint an Assistant City Magistrate to perform the duties of the City Magistrate in the City Magistrate’s absence.
