§ 33.54 SUSPENSION, DEMOTION, OR DISCHARGE; APPEAL.
   Subject to the approval of the Manager, the Fire Chief may suspend, demote, or discharge from the Department any volunteer firefighter at any time he or she shall deem such action necessary or appropriate for the good of the Department.
