§ 33.50 CREATED; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby created a Volunteer Fire Department for the City, which shall consist of a Chief, two Assistant Chiefs, and as many firefighters as may be deemed necessary from time to time by the Fire Chief with approval of the Manager.
