§ 33.39 CARRYING FIREARMS.
   No member of the corps shall carry any firearms until he or she has qualified for and received evidence of such qualification from the Chief of Police. Such authorized member shall carry firearms in such a manner and at such times as may be prescribed by the Chief of Police.
