§ 33.33 DUTIES.
   The duties of the corps, subject at all times to the direction, supervision, and control of the Chief of Police, shall be to aid and assist the regular members of the Police Department of the City in the enforcement of the law, direction of traffic, and maintenance of peace and order whenever and wherever its services are required. The Chief of Police shall establish rules and regulations consistent with this subchapter for the purpose of governing the corps, including the fixing of specific duties of its members and providing for the fixing of discipline among the members. The Chief of Police may change such rules and regulations from time to time as he or she sees fit.
