§ 32.23 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
   Any member of a board or commission who has a conflict of interest, as defined in A.R.S. §§ 38-501 et seq., shall make known such conflict in the official records of such board or commission and refrain from voting upon or otherwise participating in any manner in such contract, sale purchase, or decision.
