§ 150.004 VALIDITY AND CONSTITUTIONALITY OF STATE LAW.
   If any section, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this subchapter or any part of these amendments to the International Building Code adopted herein by reference is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
