§ 132.16 EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROCLAMATION.
   The proclamation of emergency provided for herein shall become effective upon its issuance by the Mayor and shall be disseminated to the residents of the City by appropriate news media and by Police and Fire Department personnel and authorized City employees.
