§ 131.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AEROSOL PAINT CONTAINER. Any aerosol container that is adapted or made for the purpose of applying spray paint or other substances capable of defacing property.
   BROAD-TIPPED MARKERS. Any type of marker or similar instrument with a flat or angled writing surface of one-fourth-inch or greater which contains ink or other pigmented liquid that is not water soluble.
   BUSINESS DAYS. The days Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays.
   ETCHING EQUIPMENT. Any tool, device, or substance that can be used to make permanent marks on the surface of any property.
   GRAFFITI. Any unauthorized markings, such as initials, symbols, slogans, emblems, or drawings written, spray-painted, etched, or sketched on a sidewalk, wall, fence, building, sign, or any other structure or surface.
   GRAFFITI IMPLEMENT. An aerosol paint container, a broad-tipped marker, gum label, paint stick or graffiti stick, etching equipment, brush, paintball gun, or any other device capable of scarring or leaving a visible mark on any natural or human-made surface.
   MINORS. Any person under the age of 18 years of age.
   PROPERTY. Any building, wall, bridge, street sign, fence, street light, sidewalk, street, curbing, sewer or water drains, or any other structure, whether public or privately owned.
   RESPONSIBLE PARTY. A property owner, tenant in possession, or other persons responsible for the property.
   UNAUTHORIZED. Without prior written permission of the responsible party.
