(A) All City parks shall be closed to public and private use between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. each day except for special events sanctioned by the City or where individuals or groups have obtained a permit from the City’s Parks and Recreation Department for use during said period of time.
(B) No person entering a City park at any time shall possess glass containers normally used for containing food or beverage.
