(A) It is unlawful for any person to maintain or allow any signs, billboards, awnings, and other similar structures over or near streets, sidewalks, public grounds, or places frequented by the public, so situated or constructed as to endanger the public safety.
(B) It is unlawful for any owner of real property to allow to be maintained upon his or her real property any building or structure that has become so dilapidated or deteriorated as a result of age or other causes as to become an attractive nuisance to children or constitute a public nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence.
