§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of any requirement or prohibition stated in this chapter is a Class 1 misdemeanor. With respect to a violation that is continuing in nature, each day that the violation occurs is a separate offense.
   (B)   A person who operates a sexually-oriented business, or his or her agent or employee, commits a misdemeanor if he or she refuses to permit such lawful inspection, as provided in § 113.07, of the premises at any time it is open for business.

   (C)   In addition to other penalties, a sexually-oriented business which operated without a valid license shall constitute a public nuisance, which, in addition to any other enforcement mechanisms in this code, may be abated by a suit for injunctive relief.
