§ 111.15 PARACHUTIST LANDING AREAS AND USE THEREOF.
   It shall be unlawful for parachutists to land at the airport other than in the designated parachutists’ landing area. When Williams Air Force Base is not using Runway 05/23, the City Manager may allow parachutists to land in other areas.
