The lessee and operator of the Coolidge-Florence Municipal Airport, or such other person as may be authorized and designated by the City, shall collect said landing fees from each aircraft owner or operator upon the landing of such aircraft at the airport. Upon payment of the landing fee, a receipt shall be issued to the owner or operator, acknowledging payment of the landing fee and showing the name and address of the owner and the operator of said aircraft, the FAA number of the aircraft, the manufacturer and manufacturer’s designation of the aircraft, and the gross landing weight.
