§ 111.02 AMENDMENT OF FEES BY RESOLUTION.
   The landing fee rate as imposed by this subchapter may be revised or amended from time to time by a formal resolution of the Council. The revised or amended rates shall be effective upon the filing of said resolution with the Clerk and posting a copy of said resolution at the Coolidge-Florence Municipal Airport and having copies available for the public at said airport.
