§ 111.01 GENERAL FEES; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   There is hereby initially imposed upon each aircraft landing at the Coolidge-Florence Municipal Airport a landing fee for the use of said airport of $0.20 per 1,000 pounds of licensed minimum gross landing and weight of each aircraft. In tabulating weights, the weight of each aircraft shall not be less than the allowable maximum gross landing weight as computed at the mean sea level by the Federal Aviation Administration.
   (B)   The following aircraft shall be exempt from the payment of said landing fee:
      (1)   Single and twin engine aircraft not carrying passengers or cargo for hire;
      (2)   Aircraft operated by an airline company and regularly scheduled for the primary purpose of carrying persons or property for hire in interstate, intrastate, or international transportation;
      (3)   Aircraft owned and operated exclusively in the public service by the federal government, by any state in the United States or political subdivision, foreign government or any municipality, or by the Civil Air Patrol;
      (4)   Any aircraft belonging to or being operated by a lessee of any portion of the Coolidge-Florence Municipal Airport; and
      (5)   Crop dusters, seeders, and spray-type aircraft used primarily for agricultural purposes.
