§ 91.26 STORING, PARKING, OR LEAVING JUNK MOTOR VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for a person to park, store, leave, or permit the parking, storing, or leaving of any junk motor vehicle for a period in excess of five days upon any private property within the City, excepting where progress is being made toward immediate repair of such motor vehicle; provided, however, that the provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to any junk motor vehicle in an enclosed building, or the premises of a business enterprise which is properly operated in the appropriate business zone pursuant to the zoning laws of the City.
