It is unlawful for the owner(s), tenant(s), or any person(s) occupying or controlling residentially zoned property consisting of one or more contiguous lots to keep or maintain more than four dogs or four cats, or combinations thereof totaling four, on said lot or lots if dogs or cats are over eight weeks of age.
