The certain document entitled “Pinal County Rabies and Animal Control Ordinance No. 050510-ACC”, less the kennel provisions, is hereby adopted, and made a part of this subchapter the same as though said document was specifically set forth in full herein, and at least three copies of said documents shall be filed in the office of the Clerk and kept available for public use and inspection, and said document shall take precedence and govern if there is any conflict with any other provisions of this subchapter.
