§ 90.22 VACCINATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Before a license is issued for any dog, the owner must present a vaccination certified signed by a veterinarian.
   (B)   If a dog is impounded and found to be unvaccinated, the Humane Officer shall not release the dog until he or she has been assured it will be vaccinated by the owner.
