§ 90.07 INTERFERENCE WITH HUMANE OFFICER.
   It is unlawful for a person having the custody, care, or control of an animal to fail or refuse to permit the Humane Officer to inspect the animal and the premises on which it is kept to determine if any provision of this chapter is being violated, or to interfere in any way with the Humane Officer in the performance of his or her duties.
