§ 90.03 LIVESTOCK OR FOWL.
   Any person who keeps or causes to be kept any horses, mules, cattle, burros, goats, sheep, or other livestock or fowl within the corporate limits of the City shall keep such livestock or fowl in a pen or similar enclosure to prevent their roaming at large. No horse, cow, sheep, goat, burro, mule, or other livestock shall be kept or maintained on any lot or parcel of land within the City consisting of less than 10,000 square feet for each animal and, in addition, no such animal shall be allowed within 50 feet of any residence other than that of the owner of such animal. Any such livestock or fowl running at large may be impounded. It is unlawful to cause or allow any stable or place where any animal is or may be kept to become unclean or unwholesome.
