(A) Overweight vehicles. The maximum gross weight of vehicles operated upon City streets shall not exceed the gross weights proscribed in the appropriate table of weights applicable to highways under the jurisdiction of the state by A.R.S. § 28-1100.
(B) Oversize vehicles. The maximum height and length of vehicles operated upon City streets shall not exceed the height and length prescribed for highways under the jurisdiction of the state by A.R.S. §§ 28-1094 and 28-1095.
(C) Exceptions. The prohibitions of section (A) and (B) above shall not apply to vehicles operating pursuant to a special permit issued pursuant to a special permit issued pursuant to § 70.41.
