In advance of receiving any sewer service provided by the City, a formal application shall be submitted by the property owner, his or her agent, or the occupant of the property to the Finance Department. Proof of purchase date or a copy of the lease agreement is required. As a term and condition of providing service, the City may require that outstanding amounts owed by the applicant at a previous location be paid.
