§ 50.020 TIME OF PLACEMENT.
   (A)   City containers and bulk trash shall not be set out or placed for collection earlier than 6:00 p.m. the night before the scheduled collection.
   (B)   Containers shall be removed from the curb or street edge by 7:00 p.m. the evening of collection.
