§ 36.09 UTILIZATION OF BIDS FROM OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.
   The City may accept federal, state, county, and City contract prices acquired through like procedures as outlined in §§ 36.05 through 36.07. Purchases over $25,000 require Council action.
