(1) Quantity of permits issued. The number of resident parking permits to be issued to each residence for which application is made shall be determined by the parking conditions within each district and set forth by resolution of the City Council. Resident parking permits are issued to the resident for the resident's vehicle. The resident parking permit is not transferable between vehicles. The resident permit is valid for one year after the date of issuance.
(2) Location of permits. Resident parking permits shall be affixed to the inside bottom left of the driver's side rear windshield. (Ord. #O20-09-16, Oct. 2020)
