15.911. Adjacent Residences Eligible to Participate. 
Residences within one (1) block of any established residential parking district may participate in the residential parking program. Those households located within one (1) block who wish to participate may obtain any applicable parking permits approved for the district. (Ord. #O20-09-16, Oct. 2020)
