Each on-call wrecker service assumes the liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from the towing company's employee's intentional or negligent act(s) beginning at the time contact is made with any vehicle to be towed. Each towing company assumes full liability for all items of value in the towed vehicle. Each towing company shall maintain the following insurance policies for the minimum amounts set forth in this section. Each policy shall be in the name of the towing company or the towing company's owner and shall include coverage for towing and storage. The policy(s) shall be valid for at least six (6) months. However, no lapse in insurance coverage may occur.
Liability coverage must be equal to (or greater than) the minimum amounts below.
