At the time of issuance of a permit to operate an on-call wrecker service, the holder of the permit shall pay to the Cookeville Police Department a nonrefundable fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25). This fee shall also apply for each annual renewal application. If at any time the holder of a towing permit shall desire to use any additional vehicles under the permit, he or she may do so only after he or she has made application to the Cookeville Police Department for a permit to use such additional vehicles and he or she shall furnish to the Cookeville Police Department the same information regarding such additional vehicles as is required in § 15-804 regarding those vehicles covered by the original permit.
