(1) These provisions shall apply to any wireless communication facilities and related accessory equipment or support structure located within the public right-of-way in the City of Cookeville, excluding the right-of-ways of Interstate 40 and State Highway 111.
(2) For wireless telecommunication support structures located within the right-of-way of the State of Tennessee, documentation of approval by the State of Tennessee for site specific locations of facility installations within the State of Tennessee right-of-way shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a permit from the City of Cookeville, if such approval is required by the State of Tennessee.
