1-101. Time and place of regular meetings.

   The city council shall hold regular monthly meetings on the first and third Thursday of each month at Cookeville Municipal Building at a time to be determined by the presiding city council provided, however, if the regular meeting date falls on a holiday or for other valid reasons, the meeting date may be changed with adequate public notice.
