9-1104. Parking and traffic flow to be designated. 
    Parking spaces and lanes shall be marked. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle outside a designated parking space. It shall be unlawful for any person and/or vehicle to obstruct areas designated for traffic flow. (as added by Ord. O12-03-03, May 2012)
