Be it further enacted, That the violation of any provision of this Act, for which a penalty is not specifically provided herein, is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50), or by imprisonment for not to exceed one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
