Within ten days following any change of circumstances which renders obsolete any of the information submitted pursuant to § 20-310, the alarm user shall file an amendment to his application setting forth the currently accurate information. No additional fee shall be required unless the change has terminated the permit as provided in § 20-313. Failure to comply with this section shall constitute grounds for revocation of the permit.
