19-224. Applicability of chapter.
   These rules and regulations shall apply to all customers receiving gas service from the Cookeville Gas Department, whether the service is based upon contract, agreement, signed application, or otherwise. A copy of the provisions in this chapter shall be kept available for public inspection at the office of the Cookeville Gas Department.
