19-217. Notice of trouble.
   Customers shall notify the gas department immediately should the service be unsatisfactory for any reason, or should there be any defects, trouble, or accidents affecting the supply of gas. Such notices, if verbal, shall be confirmed in writing at the earliest reasonable time.
