SECTION 7.06. Court Docket.
   Be it further enacted, That the city judge shall keep or cause to be kept a court docket embodying complete, detailed records of all cases handled by him, showing the offenses charged, and fines, costs, and forfeitures imposed, or other disposition made of each case, and the officers connected with each case. The director of finance, with the approval of the city manager, may prescribe the form and manner of keeping such records. The docket shall include the following information: (a) the name, of the defendant, (b) the nature of the offense, (c) the plea, (d) the date of the trial, (e) the names of witnesses sworn and examined, (f) the findings of the court, (g) the judgment rendered, (h) the amount and date of payment of fines, costs, and forfeitures, (1) the date of issuing commitment if any, and (j) every other fact necessary to show the full proceeding in the case and its final disposition.
