SECTION 7.05. Clerk of Court and Other Employees.
   Be it further enacted, That a clerk of the city court, and such other employees as may be authorized by ordinance, to be appointed by the city manager, shall assist the city judge. The clerk of the city court shall have concurrent authority with the city judge to issue warrants and take bail bond.
