SECTION 6A.20. Approval required.
   That this act (article) shall become operative in accordance with its provisions upon approval by a two-thirds vote of the governing body of the City of Cookeville. The presiding officer of said body shall certify the results thereof to the Secretary of State. [As added by Priv. Acts 1970, ch. 276, § 20]
