18-114. Access to customer's premises for reading meters, etc.
   Identified city employees shall have access to customer's premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of reading meters, testing, repairing, removing, or exchanging any or all equipment belonging to the department and it shall be the customer's responsibility to keep the meter box uncovered and to refrain from any action which would interfere with the reading of the meter or the proper maintenance of the meter by the department.
