SECTION 6A.14. Special fund for assessments.
   That the proceeds received by the municipality from improvement assessments made in connection with each separate improvement shall be segregated from and kept always separate and apart from all other funds of the city, and shall be deposited in a financial institution in a special account designated as the "Parking Improvement (No.) Special Fund." [As added by Priv. Acts 1970, ch. 276, § 14]
