17-110. Dumping in streams, ditches, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers prohibited.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to dump refuse in any form into any stream, ditch, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, or other drain within the City of Cookeville.
