It shall be unlawful to loiter in or otherwise use any park or public area outside the hours established by this section. Opening and closure hours for all parks, city-maintained grounds and other public areas shall be established by the city manager and posted at each respective area. A list of hours of operation shall be located in the city clerk's office in the Cookeville Municipal Building. Nothing in this section is to be construed as restricting any official work or activity in said areas during restricted hours by any department of the City of Cookeville.
