16-406. Submittals required with abandonment requests.
   Every request for the abandonment of a street or right-of-way, or any part thereof, shall be accompanied by the following information:
   (1)   Survey prepared by a registered land surveyor indicating the specific parcels abutting the street or right-of-way proposed for abandonment.
   (2)   Exact legal description of the portion of the street or right-of-way proposed for abandonment prepared by a registered land surveyor.
