16-203. Appeal of planning commission decision.
   The decision of the planning commission for the naming or renaming of a street may be appealed to the Council for the City of Cookeville. Said appeal shall be filed with the office of the city manager within thirty (30) days of approval by the planning commission. The city council may overrule a decision of the planning commission by a majority vote of the council.
