16-104. Identification.
   The Official Street Map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor of the City of Cookeville, attested by the City Clerk of the City of Cookeville, under the following words: "This is to certify that this is the Official Street Map for the City of Cookeville, Tennessee," together with the date of adoption, or date of amendment.
