SECTION 6.10. Determinations in Bond Ordinance Conclusive.
   Be it further enacted, That the determinations of the council in such bond ordinance, respecting the classification of projects or purposes for which the bonds are to be authorized, and the probable life of such projects or purposes, shall be conclusive in any action or proceeding involving the validity of the bonds. [As replaced by Priv. Acts 1963, ch. 74, § 7]
